Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. Here is how to ask, and what happens after you do.
Ask in writing
Write to connect.privacy@ingeniouspro.co.in from the email address on your account, or tell your account manager.
Say whether you want your whole account closed and deleted, or only particular contacts or messages removed.
What we delete
Your account, the contacts you uploaded and the messages you sent through Connect, along with the personal data held with them.
Accounts are opened by IngeniousPro for a client organization, so there is no self-service delete button — a request is checked against the account first.
What we must keep
Records the law requires us to keep, what we need to settle a dispute, and the record of a policy you accepted, which is evidence of that agreement.
The privacy policy sets out what is kept, for how long, and the rights you can exercise.
