Calls that make themselves — and know when to stop.
Automated calls reach customers again about a missed callback or a booking, speak in your words, and let them press a key to talk to your team.
- Callback and reminder calls
- Press-a-key menus
- Your calling hours
- Retries and history
Persistent, politely
Missed the callback? Connect calls again — at a sensible hour.
When a promised callback is missed, Connect calls the customer for you. If they are busy it tries again later; when they answer, a key press puts them through to your team.
- Busy and unanswered calls retried later
- Only within your calling hours
- One call however often it is asked for
- Every attempt on the record
What it does
A voice line that works with everything else.
Your menu
A greeting and the keys to press, written in your words.
Your language
Choose the language the call speaks to your customers.
Talk to someone
One key puts the call through to your team, so a person can take it from there.
Call me later
The customer chooses a later call, and it is queued for them.
Choose another time
A key to move a booking, and your team is told at once.
Stop these calls
One key cancels every call queued to the number.
For missed callbacks
A callback nobody made is followed up by a call, automatically.
Calling hours
Calls go out only when it is polite to call, in your time zone.
Call history
Each call’s attempts, answer and key press, on the customer’s record.
Getting started
Your voice line, set up with you.
Write your script
The greeting, the language and what each key does.
Choose when to call
Missed callbacks, reminders, and the hours calls may go out.
Let it run
Calls, retries and hand-overs to your team happen on their own.
Why voice
Some things are better said.
Hard to miss
A phone call gets attention a message may not.
For every customer
Works on any phone, for people who do not read messages.
A person, one key away
Automation that ends with a human when it should.
What is an IVR call?
An automated call that speaks a short message and offers a menu — press 1 to talk to someone, 2 to be called back later, and so on. The customer answers with a key.
When does Connect call a customer?
When you want it to: for example when a callback was missed, or to remind somebody of an appointment. Calls only go out within the calling hours you set.
What if nobody answers?
Connect tries again later, a set number of times, and records every attempt on the customer’s history.
Can a customer reach a person from the call?
Yes. Pressing the key you choose puts the call through to your team at once, so the customer is connected to somebody who can help.
Can customers ask not to be called?
Yes. One key stops every call queued to their number, and they are not called again.
Never leave a callback unmade.
