Choose one of your registered templates and a sender ID. Its slots appear as fields, in order.
Fill the slots
Type a value once for everybody — an offer, a date — or take it from each contact, like their first name. Values you use often can be saved and picked again.
Preview real messages
Read the finished text for sample recipients, with the character count, the number of parts and how many people the send will reach.
Parts, counted for you
The composer counts characters and SMS parts for the encoding in use, so a long message is never a surprise.
Unicode and flash
Send as text or Unicode for Indian languages, and as flash SMS where the template allows it.

Send the finished message to your own number before sending it to everybody.

Good to know.
- Do I need DLT registration?
- Yes. Commercial SMS to Indian numbers must use a sender ID (header) and templates registered on a DLT platform by your business. Connect sends only the templates registered for your account, with their DLT template IDs.
- Can I send in Indian languages?
- Yes. Templates can be sent as Unicode, and the composer counts the parts each message will use in that encoding.
- Transactional or promotional?
- Each template carries its category — transactional, promotional or OTP — as registered. With the opt-out list on, numbers found on the DND register are skipped for promotional sends only: transactional and OTP messages are exempt from DND.
- What happens to numbers that are not valid?
- The preview lists them before you send, with how many recipients the send will reach and how many are skipped and why.
